Who I am: The Hotel Rwanda Rusesabagina Foundation, founded in 2005, provides financial assistance to children and women affected by the genocides in Rwanda and other African nations. Founder Paul Rusesabagina, provided refuge for 1,268 people during the Rwandan genocide.
My Interests: Improving the lives of those orphaned and widowed in genocides, through education, vocational training and mental health services and doing public education around the world about conditions which can lead to instances of hatred, violence and future genocides.
